We have been committed to sustainable coffee beans since 1991. Our Belgian partner, together with coffee farmers, is committed to the sustainable cultivation and supply of safe, high-quality green coffee.

The Efico label also guarantees that the coffee produced, supports sustainable development projects in these coffee and cocoa production countries

Ghent's first coffee house & roastery

The history of the business dates back to 1937, when a young Italian settled here. There was a shop on the ground floor, while the basement housed the coffee roastery. After the war, it also became possible to enjoy a cup on site! Our authentic, wooden interior still exudes the nostalgic atmosphere of the 1940s and 1950s.

Delicious coffee house where time has stood still. The Best Coffee In Ghent that always comes with a little dollop of whipped cream on a silver saucer. Also coffee for sale to take away, our favourite is the mysore. We haven't drunk anything else since. Ground in front of your nose.
